Terms of booking

The Breakfast Club will run every school day from 7.45 - 8.50am and the After School Club will run every school day from 3.15 - 6.00pm.

Bookings can be made 3 days in advance of the day of attendance.

All sessions booked remain chargeable unless cancelled more than 36 hours prior to the date of attendance. If a cancellation is made within 36 hours of the date of attendance a cancellation fee will be applied.

If your child is collected after 6pm on an evening a late collection fee of £10 per every half hour will be applied.

If the club is fully booked on any given day your child will be placed on a waiting list. Please do not turn up unless you have a confirmed booking.

The Summer Holiday Club (July/August 2019) will run from 8.00am - 6.00pm with 1/2 day sessions available.

If the club is fully booked your child will be placed on a waiting list.

Bookings, cancellations and changes to a booking can be made up to 3 days in advance of attendance.

Cancellations within 3 days or non-attendance at a session will remain chargeable at the full cost.

Payment notes

The Breakfast Club will run from 7.45 - 8.50am every school day and the charges are:

Early Bird Session (7.45 - 8.50am) - 1st Child £4.25 and £3.75 for each sibling, per session.
Normal Session (8.00 - 8.50am) - 1st Child £3.75 and £3.25 for each sibling, per session.

The After School Club will run from 3.15 - 6.00pm each school day and the charge is £11.00 per session.

All sessions booked should be paid for in advance of attendance and late collection + cancellation fees will be applied where appropriate.

Payments can be made online, via the school office in a named envelope (cheques made payable to Newbridge Primary School) or through a work place voucher scheme.

If paying by voucher we will need to register with the organisation that your employer uses. Please provide the school with the appropriate details.

The Summer Holiday Club 2019 will run from 8.00am - 6.00 pm daily from 25th July - 24th August 2018 with 1/2 day sessions available on the following dates:

23rd July - 26th July 2019
29th July - 2nd August 2019
5th August - 7th August 2019
14th August - 16th August 2019

All day - £26 per child
Half day session - £14 per child

Bookings can be made up to 3 days prior to the day of attendance.

Due to staffing requirements and resource planning cancellations cancellations within the 3 days or non attendance will be charged at £26/day or £14/1/2 day.

We will also ask for information about who has parental responsibilty for your child including:

This information will be collected from you when you register online through Libacura.

Why we collect this data and the legal basis for handling your data:

We use personal data about you and your child in order to provide childcare services and fulfil the contractural arrangement you have entered into. This includes using your data to:

*contact you in case of an emergency
*to manage any special health or medical needs of your child whilst at our setting

Who we share your data with

In order for us to deliver childcare services we will also share your data with:

*Ofsted - during an inspection or following a complaint about our services

We will never share your data with any other organisation to use for their own purposes.

How do we protect your data?

We protect unauthorised access to your personal data and prevent it from being lost, accidentally destroyed, misused, or disclosed by:

1. Ensuring that any hard copies are securely stored in a locked filing cabinet.
2. Ensuring that any electroinc work devices for accessing data are password protected.

How long do we retain your data?

We retain your child's personal data for up to 3 years after your child no longer uses our setting, or until our next Ofsted inspection after your child leaves our setting. Medication records and accident reports are kept for longer according to legal requirements.

Your rights with respect to your data

You have a right to:

*request access, amend or correct your/your child's personal data
*request that we delete or stop processing your/your child's personal data, for example where the date is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing; and
*request that we transfer your, and your child's personal data to another person
