If you know the username or email address you use to sign in to Libacura, you can enter it here. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset (or set up) your password.
You can also use this form to set up a new account password, for example if your colleague has just created a new Libacura staff account for you.
If you don't know your Libacura username or email address, please ask your colleagues or contact Libacura support being sure to tell us the club/school you work at. Please note: For security reasons, at Libacura support we cannot create new staff accounts. If you don't have a Libacura staff account but you believe you should have one, ask your colleagues to use the Settings→Staff screen to create an account for you.
